Blended from our most mature cider giving it a delicious full-bodied roundness, Mac Ivors Vintage Reserve Cider is a delicious new addition to our tried and tested range.

This is the perfect accompaniment to food with it’s low acidity and clean, dry finish. It has a light sparkle that leaves the palate refreshed and wanting more.

It’s a Vintage Reserve as it is blended from our most mature ciders, however it is not a vintage cider, as Mac Ivors Cider is always about consistency.

At 5% it sits nicely between our Medium and Traditional Dry ciders.

This addition to the range is just that “something special”, another string to the bow of the leading craft cider in Northern Ireland!

MacIvors luscious Plum & Ginger Cider is a subtle blend of their ever-popular Medium Cider with plum and ginger juice.

Rosé in colour with delicate bubbles, our apples marry perfectly with the rounded, fruity flavour of plum. The ginger then delivers a lovely heat to the finish. It is all you could ever want it to be!

Pours clear gold with lively carbonation. Aroma of apple skin and candy floss. Sweet red apple character with crisp, clean finish.

Inspired by the aromatic ciders of Northern France, MacIvors Traditional Dry Cider is an elegant blend of over ten different apple varieties. Crisp Armagh Bramley apples balance the fragrant flavours of traditional dessert apples and bittersweet cider apples, giving a deep and dry cider style.

Pours clear gold with light carbonation. Aroma of pear and toffee apple. Crisp with lingering tannins giving a long, dry finish.

Angry Orchard Crisp Apple has a bright, crisp apple flavor, just like biting into a fresh apple. It is a perfect balance of sweetness and bright acidity from culinary apples and dryness of traditional cider making apples, resulting in a complex, yet refreshing, hard cider.
