WINE  /  SHIRAZ CABERNET SAUVIGNON

The grapes used for this wine were grown in the sunny vineyards of South Africa's Western Cape, and picked at optimal ripeness before being carefully vinified to ensure that the concentrated fruit character was preserved. Shiraz is a grape grown in wine producing regions across the world, and is often known as Syrah in Old World countries.

85% Shiraz, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon

This is a juicy, smooth red wine, made from Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Brimming with rich, ripe aromas of blackberries and a touch of spice, it makes for a delicious medium-bodied wine.

WINE  /  CHENIN BLANC CHARDONNAY

This wine is produced from grapes grown in South Africa's sunny Western Cape. Fermentation took place slowly at controlled temperatures in order to preserve the fresh fruit characteristics of the grapes. Chenin Blanc is by far the most widely planted white grape variety in South Africa's Western Cape, where it is known locally as Steen

85% Chenin Blanc, 15% Chardonnay

This is a dry and refreshing white wine, made from Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay grapes. Mouth-watering aromas and flavours of apples, pears and tropical fruits make for a delicious, medium bodied wine.

Food Pairing: Enjoy chilled on its own or with chicken, seafood and lighter dishes.
