Having re-kindled the tradition of independent gin production in Ireland, Dingle Distillery’s scale is modest, and their approach essentially artisan. Carefully hand-crafted in small batches of 500-litres, Dingle Gin is the product of a considerable amount of research and experimentation.
Dingle’s aim is to create a totally unique gin, one which works within the great tradition of gin distilling but which includes a degree of innovation.
London-dry in style, Dingle is set apart by its highly original choice of botanicals – including rowan berry, fuchsia, hawthorn and heather for a taste of the Kerry landscape. Coupled with the purest water, drawn from a well 240-feet below the distillery, it’s a formulae unknown elsewhere, to create a real sense of place and provenance. The result is a fabulously fresh, floral character that perfectly balances the traditional juniper.

Available exclusively in Northern Ireland through Drinks Inc, Dingle Original Gin is best served with large cubes of ice, a wedge of fresh orange and a sprinkling of juniper berries.
