We are making important updates to how we operate within the Musgrave wholesale alcohol business in Northern Ireland.
To further strengthen our service and simplify how we work, Drinks Inc. and AFT now operate as one combined operation and one unified sales team, under the new brand Drinks Inc. AFT.
What's Changing?
AFT stock holding and warehouse operations are being integrated into the Drinks Inc. site in Belfast. This reflects the scale and capability already established at Drinks Inc.
The AFT Omagh site remains operational as a Transport cross-dock to support deliveries. Our AFT Telesales and Credit Control teams continue to operate from Omagh as normal.
What This Means for You
These changes help us build the best structure to support our customers, ensuring a more streamlined service.

New Ordering Platform
We’re upgrading to a new system to improve your ordering experience, provide better product visibility, faster updates and more reliable account management.
The official change over date is Monday, 23rd February.
However, online ordering via www.aftdrinks.com will cease on Thursday 19th February. All online orders will then transfer over to this site, drinksinc.com.
You can log on by visiting Drinksinc.com and entering your email address. You'll then be sent a code via email to be able to log in to your account.

Yes, the new site works on desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
The old ordering website will be phased out and no longer available for placing orders.

Ordering & Deliveries
Yes, you can contact AFT using the same phone number and email you currently use.
Any change in delivery schedule will be communicated to you directly.
4pm for delivery the next day.
Minimum order quantity for delivery is £100.
You can place additional orders for your next available delivery day. Alternatively, we do have a collection service from both Belfast and Omagh.
Invoices can be printed on request and provided on delivery.
Online Accounts
All online accounts have been created ahead of you placing your first order.
Order history will not automatically transfer. If you need past invoices or statements, our team can provide them.
Regularly ordered product lists and quick-order lists will not transfer and will need to be recreated.
Pricing, Payments & Product Availability
Drinks Inc. AFT pricing will remain competitive in the marketplace. Please contact your BDM or a member of telesales for more information.
While there will be some range difference, there will be a more extensive product range available through Drinks Inc. AFT.
The only exception is cigarette and tobacco products, which you will be able to purchase from Musgrave MarketPlace.
Any changes to payment terms will be communicated directly to you by the team.
Account Management & Support
Any changes to Sales Reps or BDMs will be communicated directly to you by the team.
Company & Administrative Changes
No, Drinks Inc and AFT were already the same legal entity. These details were the same for both businesses; there has been no change to this.
Printed Materials
We have an online brochure available for customers to view. Our most up to date pricing can be viewed once you've logged into your account.
