Situated in the greenbelt between the Cities of Lisburn and Belfast, Hilden Brewing Company is Ireland’s Oldest Independent Brewery. The brewery was established in 1981 by Seamus and Ann Scullion and today their son Owen is Head Brewer. The founding of the brewery was something of a revolution as it heralded the reintroduction of real ale to Ireland.
