Our family orchard in County Armagh produces lots of juicy apples. Our aim is to turn them into a delicious and refreshing drink. The approach is simple. When the apples are ripe, we pick and press them. We add natural yeasts and wait. A slow, cool fermentation locks in the rich fruit flavours. We love the result - a great tasting cider.
