It all starts with agave. Our blue-weber agave is grown by our own people on our family estate, meaning we are in control of ensuring the highest quality agave is used in Cazcabel and that it is grown in a sustainable manner so the land we use is left in a better state for future generations. We focus on growing bigger, higher yield agave, which is better for Tequila production and also means we use less terrain. After the agave is harvested we leave the land to rest for 2 years to recover before re-planting.
