Lime soil with the presence of stones. The grapes are at an altitude of 1150 meters above sea level, enjoying a wide temperature range. The berries have a slow maturation over a long period of time, allowing them to develop complex aromas and flavours.
A deeply dark, vibrant red wine with aromas and flavours of plums, quince, blackberries, truffle, graphite and spices. It offers great aromatic complexity and round, sweet tannins that lend it a silky, richly nuanced texture on the palate. Great balance between alcohol, acidity and fruit, and a long lasting finish.
This complex wine pairs well with grilled leg of lamb, red meats or game.
