In 1855 our family planted its first apple orchard in Co. Armagh. Today we make delicious cider... cider that tastes of real apples. When the apples are ripe, we pick and press them. We add natural yeast and wait. Slow, cool fermentation preserves the rich fruit flavours.
We love the result - a great tasting cider.
